What you will do
- Execute the Lead & Opportunity Management process to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to execute campaigns and report on lead quality and quantity.
- Perform against individual monthly and quarterly targets, including call volume, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, virtual appointments, and demos for quota-carrying sales representatives.
- Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on performance reporting and analysis.
- Leverage CRM tools and value-selling methodologies to process and track opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
- Confidence in prospecting and developing new sales leads.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with sales technology and CRM tools.
- Must be based in Seville, Spain
