What you will do

  • Partner with US and international brokers to build competitive, cost-effective benefits programs aligned with Total Rewards philosophy as expanding into new geographies
  • Own day-to-day benefits administration including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), leave of absence, and stipends
  • Manage enrollments for open enrollment, life events, new hires, terminations, and changes
  • Run audits, ensure regulatory compliance across regions with brokers and vendors
  • Lead projects to modernize benefits infrastructure like LOA frameworks, 401(k) design, and systems
  • Create employee-friendly resources, guides, FAQs, and support; enable People partners and TA
  • Serve as escalation point for complex employee issues and build scalable toolkits

Requirements

  • 5+ years administering benefits programs including enrollments and operations
  • Experience building and rolling out international benefits with documentation and education
  • Strong program management: organized, detail-oriented, juggling deadlines and stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communication across employees, brokers, vendors, Finance, People partners
  • Love of writing and simplifying complex topics for communications and employee experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-entity/multi-country orgs including EOR populations
  • Hands-on with benefits/LOA vendor tools, improving workflows via systems and documentation
  • Comfort using data for trends in cost, utilization, pain points to drive improvements
