What you will do

• Perform HR duties including classification, staffing, recruiting, and benefits administration.
• Apply expert knowledge of rules and regulations to resolve complex technical HR issues.
• Analyze and provide solutions for complex problems within assigned HR disciplines.
• Serve as a team leader within one or more HR functional areas.
• Provide retirement counseling and process retirement actions.
• Ensure proper application of policies and regulatory requirements in HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience in classification, staffing, recruiting, benefits, or employee/labor relations.
• Expert-level knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and technical requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
