Location: Must be based in Canada or the USA
Salary: $115,000–$160,000 CAD (Canada); $110,000–$160,000 USD (USA)

What you will do
- Lead the design, policy development, and vendor selection for benefits programs tailored to regional expansion.
- Manage end-to-end health, retirement, risk, and time-off programs for Canada and LATAM.
- Ensure programs remain competitive and fully compliant with country-specific labor regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage annual budgeting, invoice approval, and cost tracking.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements within Workday.
- Provide expert support for M&A due diligence and integration efforts as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in international benefits administration.
- Strong expertise in benefits regulations across Canada and Latin American countries.
- Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly desirable).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency with HR technologies, particularly Workday.
