Benefits Specialist

TL;DR

Benefits Specialist (HR Operations): Supporting the day-to-day administration of US benefits programs with an accent on employee support and issue resolution. Focus on ensuring employees receive timely, accurate answers to benefits-related questions and that issues are resolved efficiently across systems and vendors.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization)

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US employee benefits questions.
• Investigate and resolve issues across systems, vendors, and payroll.
• Process enrollments, life events, eligibility updates, and terminations accurately and on time.
• Work directly with US-based vendors to resolve employee issues.
• Support execution of US open enrollment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in US benefits administration or support.
• Strong working knowledge of US benefits programs and common regulations.
• Experience handling high-volume employee inquiries or HR support cases.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
• Clear, concise communication skills and a strong service orientation.
