What you will do

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for hirify.global’s People systems.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and governance of employee data across systems.
• Develop and maintain People dashboards and reporting across areas such as headcount, hiring, compensation, retention, and engagement.
• Partner across the People & Culture team to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
• Champion the use of AI across the People organization.
• Act as a key liaison between People & Culture, Finance, and IT on system improvements and data requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR systems administration.
• Experience working with HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with People data and building dashboard and reports.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and governance across multiple systems.
• Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, or process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
