Relocation assistance may be available. For this role, there is no formal requirement to work from the office.

Salary: $196k to $220k + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build financial systems and integrations for existing business lines and new revenue streams across Android, iOS, and Web
• Run revenue operations alongside finance and accounting teams
• Collaborate with business development on strategic partnerships
• Partner with CX, Data Science, and feature teams to evolve payments and payouts platforms
• Improve reliability, observability, and stability of hirify.global’s billing system

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience. Deep expertise in backend development (Python); working knowledge of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript)
