What you will do

• Own and manage the Power BI platform end-to-end, including communication, tasks, and delivery timelines with the development team
• Prioritize backlog based on organizational goals, urgency, and business ROI to ensure timely high-quality analytics solutions
• Serve as primary point of contact for business needs, manage intake process, gather requirements, and translate them into technical plans
• Provide Tier 1 support for users, troubleshoot dashboards, data pipelines, and issues independently or escalate appropriately
• Design and oversee data architecture, models, ETL/ELT processes, pipelines, and work with diverse data sources for quality and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar)
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI development or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (front-end and back-end development)
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across multiple data sources
• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization
• Experience with diverse data types (structured, semi-structured, unstructured)

Nice to have

• Experience with Exensio
• Experience in global organizations, preferably sourcing, manufacturing, or construction
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with data governance and platform administration
