Location: Must be based in or able to commute to St. Paul, Minnesota (Hybrid role)

Salary: $136,000–$178,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide People Analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage standardized dashboards and predictive reports using Power BI.
• Analyze workforce trends including turnover, engagement, productivity, and planning.
• Integrate complex data sets across Workday, IT, and Finance systems.
• Establish standards for data privacy, compliance, and governance.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting data literacy across the HR department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics or Enterprise Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI for building dashboards and analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data insights.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Workday analytics.
• Experience delivering predictive modeling within a corporate environment.
• Prior experience in people management or team leadership.
