Salary: $110,919-$162,681 per year

What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize Data and Business Intelligence requirements.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data management, BI, and analytics.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end data solutions supporting multiple areas of analytics and revenue operations.
- Prioritize and translate business requirements into new/enhanced data solutions or services.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, implementing proactive measures to address bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field with 7+ years of experience working in data/analytical roles.
- Experience with enterprise data visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau) and solid understanding of data design best practices.
- Experience with mentoring or leading others.
- Familiarity with analytics concepts (dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, data pipelines).
- Advanced Excel skills for rapid diagnostics and modeling.
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

- 3+ years of managing a data/analytical team.
