Salary: $192,100 — $264,175 USD

What you will do

• Hire and develop a team of deeply technical Solutions Architects for guiding digital native customers across data, analytical, and AI workloads.
• Adapt the team's skills and engagement model to digital native customer needs.
• Meet or exceed targets by enabling the team to technically qualify workloads, identify use cases, build POCs, and act as trusted advisors.
• Travel to customer sites for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building.
• Build relationships across internal organizations like engineering, product, services, and sales.
• Stay current with emerging data and AI trends in the digital native tech sector.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the data space with technical products (data warehousing, big data, cloud infrastructure, or machine learning)
• 5+ years building and leading technical customer-facing teams: hiring, onboarding, and supporting in high-growth environments
• History of building territories, growing strategic accounts, and exceeding targets.
• Experience inspiring team vision for digital natives business.
• History of execution managing workloads and consumption with sales, product, and engineering.
• Experience owning executive alignment guiding strategic decisions.
