Senior Technical Manager, Data, Analytics, and AI Solutions

Location: Hybrid in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin or Mettawa, Illinois; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Relocation assistance is not routinely provided and may be considered for exceptional candidates. Domestic and international travel of up to 15% may be required.

Salary: $118,400–$174,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of data, analytics, reporting, ETL, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, analysts, and project delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and solution designs.
• Develop roadmaps and phased implementation plans for platform modernization, cloud migration, and analytics transformation.
• Provide technical oversight for data pipelines, integrations, data models, semantic layers, dashboards, reporting environments, and analytics platforms.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, project backlogs, delivery status, and resource capacity for data and technology requests.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical, business, and data analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, ETL, reporting, solution delivery, or related technology roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and developing roadmaps and phased implementation plans.
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, reporting, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, OBIEE, Oracle BI Applications, Oracle data warehouses, or Oracle semantic and reporting layers.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI.
• Experience with Informatica, Alteryx, reporting and ETL tool consolidation, legacy platform modernization, data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
• Certifications in Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle, Agile, Scrum, PMP, CBAP, or related disciplines.
