Senior Manager, Collaboration and Digital Experience (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA; some after-hours work and travel required.

Salary: $136,600–$195,300 USD per annum.

What you will do

• Lead collaboration and digital workplace strategy across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, messaging, and employee experience.
• Plan and execute the migration from legacy file servers to SharePoint, including user training and adoption programs.
• Build and manage the end-user AI and automation strategy, including Copilot rollout, workflow automation, training, and adoption measurement.
• Set company device and endpoint strategy across laptops, mobile devices, provisioning, BYOD, lifecycle planning, and refresh cycles.
• Oversee unified communications, telephony, mobility, disaster recovery, high availability, capacity planning, and integrations with identity and security services.
• Manage 1–2 direct reports, technical leads, vendors, contracts, licensing, escalations, roadmaps, and ITIL-aligned service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with substantial depth in collaboration platforms, digital experience, and AI or automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot.
• Experience setting AI adoption and device strategies, with familiarity managing unified communications, telephony, mobility, Cisco UC, and cloud UCaaS platforms through technical teams.
• Strong leadership, project management, vendor management, executive communication, coaching, performance management, and career development skills.
• Knowledge of device management and endpoint strategy, Intune or similar tools, ITIL, PowerShell, governance, accessibility, and mobile security.
