Location: Remote and flexible. Available for team syncs and client calls during US Pacific Time hours, with overlap until at least 3 PM PT (San Francisco time).

What you will do

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, and creative strategies
• Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fit for roles
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with teammates, communicate clearly with clients and candidates
• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals
• Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements

Requirements

• Speak fluent English - conducting calls, writing outreach, communicating with US professionals daily (hard requirement)
• Genuinely proactive - notice needs and take initiative
• Strong sense of ownership - treat roles and candidates as your own
• Coachable and curious - welcome feedback and enjoy learning
• Results-focused - prioritize placements and outcomes
• Collaborative and easy to work with - support teammates positively

Nice to have

• Experience in outbound or client-facing roles (sales, customer success, account management, recruiting)
