What you will do

• Manage and coach remote and in-office Privacy Advisors, providing direction and performance feedback
• Monitor team metrics and SLAs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Own quality of privacy removal workflows through audits and calibration sessions
• Handle escalations for complex cases and monitor automated workflows for issues
• Liaise with Product and Engineering, translating operations feedback into feature requests and bug reports
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and documentation; support hiring and onboarding
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and member satisfaction

Requirements

• 3–5 years in operations, Trust & Safety, privacy operations, or related field
• 1+ year direct people management or team lead experience
• Experience collaborating with product/engineering on requirements and feedback
• Comfort with automated systems, anomaly detection, and technical communication
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and bottleneck diagnosis
• Proficiency with G Suite and Jira or similar tools

Nice to have

• Background in privacy operations, fraud investigations, or compliance
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
• Hands-on with automated pipelines and privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR)
• Workforce management tools, QA frameworks, or performance scorecards
