TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) in Allen, TX

Compensation: $109,067 - $126,032

What you will do

  • Lead the payments team by aligning goals with company objectives and industry market trends.
  • Manage and develop team members through training, regular one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
  • Optimize payment KPIs and leverage data analytics to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Triage and resolve payment escalations for internal and external partners and merchants.
  • Oversee PCI compliance audits and implement internal processes to mitigate fraud and portfolio risk.
  • Maintain and document internal policies to ensure adherence to payment regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in Allen, TX to support the hybrid work model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in payments or FinTech.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Domain expertise in SaaS Embedded Payments (Acquiring Processor, Payment Facilitator, or ISO).
  • Deep knowledge of card payments, ACH, and digital wallets.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as ETA CPP, CPFPP, ACAMS, or APRP.
