What you will do

• Scale the operations infrastructure to support company growth in headcount and geographies.
• Build the AI infrastructure that powers hiring, sales, and operations across markets.
• Stand up the people function as new offices open in London, the US East Coast, and beyond.
• Drive international expansion in the UK and US, from legal and compliance to first hires on the ground.

Requirements

• A STEM graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above from a top university.
• Ability to think in systems and get things done.
• Energized by ambiguity and a desire to own problems.
• Interested in founding a company or entering venture capital with real operator experience.
