What you will do
- Own end-to-end product development for 2+ new brands, from early concept through launch readiness.
- Lead consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market landscaping to inform positioning, features, pricing, and differentiation.
- Manage toy business performance including revenue, margin, and SKU productivity.
- Collaborate with Design, Development, Packaging, Insights, and Finance to deliver strong consumer value and innovation.
- Build 3–5 year product roadmaps and franchise extension strategies with leadership.
- Prepare data-backed presentations for concept explorations and executive reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years (3 years with MBA) in brand marketing, franchise management, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy.
- Experience in category management, product marketing, or product development a plus.
- Strong consumer-centric mindset with ability to translate insights into product recommendations.
- Project management skills: highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Financial acumen: P&L, forecasting, SKU productivity, and margin targets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency.
