EUR 40,000 gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria)

What you will do

  • Engage food communities daily by responding to comments, messages, and conversations on social platforms.
  • Drive brand appetite through shareable content and nurture engaged communities around product moments.
  • Moderate inquiries, feedback, and complaints with brand sensitivity, collaborating with Customer Care.
  • Leverage food, beverage, and culture trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment on products and campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage high-volume interactions across multiple channels in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Requirements

  • Native level fluency in German, English, or French (multiple languages a big plus)
  • Experience in community management or social media engagement, especially in fast-moving consumer culture.
  • Ability to handle high-volume interactions with speed, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Strong understanding of food trends, seasonal moments, and cultural conversations.
  • Skills in content creation for social platforms and turning insights into recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Fluency across combinations of German, English, and French.
  • Experience with FMCG food brands.
