What you will do

• Execute regional marketing plans and drive pipeline creation specifically for the German market.
• Manage integrated campaigns across in-person events, virtual events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Partner with sales teams to identify target accounts and execute strategic engagement plans.
• Lead field programs including local roadshows, industry conferences, and partner-led activations.
• Adapt messaging, content, and experiences to ensure high resonance with the German audience.
• Track performance against pipeline KPIs and optimize programs based on outcomes and insights.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven ability to execute localized campaigns, with a preference for experience in the German market.
• Capability to build credibility and engagement with technical, detail-oriented audiences.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
