What you will do

• Coordinate social media content between HQ and EMEA teams, including localization and approval workflows.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and community initiatives.
• Maintain quarterly editorial calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize hirify.global's presence on TikTok Shop (UK, ES, and others), including listings and promotional content.
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights based on trend monitoring.
• Support the development and management of local creator and influencer relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Initial experience in social media management, ideally within an international environment.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture and a creative eye for digital trends.
• Independent, structured work style with strong communication skills.
