What you will do

• Own the strategy and launch of the Instagram channel in Germany.
• Manage and grow the brand presence on LinkedIn and YouTube across Germany and the UK.
• Proactively identify and produce authentic, high-impact stories from hospitality clients.
• Act as the regional brand gatekeeper to ensure all organic social content remains premium.
• Handle end-to-end short-form video production, from briefing and scripting to editing.
• Engage with German and English-speaking audiences to foster community growth.

Requirements

• Native-level German and professional English (written and spoken) proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of owning content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience in social video production, including interviewing and editing.
• Proficiency with Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Monday.com, and Jira.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Background in working with influencers or creator collaborations.
