Salary: €55,000 – €65,000

What you will do

• Own and manage the full organic social media presence for FreeCash.
• Design, produce, and publish native, high-quality content across major social platforms daily.
• Launch and optimize organic campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Analyze content data to iterate on strategy and improve performance metrics.
• Nurture the community and proactively protect brand reputation by addressing negative sentiment.
• Maintain consistent creative standards for copy, visuals, and pacing across all channels.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2C Social Media Management, ideally within gaming or ad tech.
• Strong content creation skills including filming, editing, writing, and posting.
• Deep platform knowledge of X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, and TikTok.
• Experience driving performance through organic content strategies.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for content production.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week in the Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Experience with UGC or influencer marketing.
• Ability to localize and scale social campaigns across different markets.
• Meme-literate with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
