What you will do

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with German business objectives.
• Design and implement lead generation campaigns utilizing account-based marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with the European communications team to manage media relationships and trade publications.
• Own the conference and trade exhibition schedule, including event planning and booth management.
• Create high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
• Analyze marketing performance and track campaign results against established objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing within an agency or in-house environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in German and English with excellent content writing and proofreading skills.
• Proven track record of managing Account Based Marketing tools and campaigns.
• Deep experience with Salesforce and CRM/marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Pardot.
• Must reside in or be able to work from Berlin or Erlangen, Germany.

• Experience in the energy or cleantech sector.
• Master’s or MBA degree.
