What you will do

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Scheduling Install Coordinators, monitoring workloads and distributing assignments.
  • Oversee order scheduling, customer coordination, and workflow from intake to installation/removal, troubleshooting discrepancies and escalations.
  • Maintain service-level targets for accuracy, turnaround time, and scheduling completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Product Support, and other teams as escalation point and to align on order movement.
  • Track productivity, KPIs, and backlogs; analyze data for trends, bottlenecks, and improvements; provide reporting and forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Degree required; 3+ years scheduling experience in Gaming or similar business
  • Excellent internal/external customer service skills, ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Skills in organizing field services scheduling, communicating effectively, negotiating resolutions.
  • Knowledge of gaming products components preferred; Gaming industry and regulatory experience preferred.
  • Oracle and Microsoft Applications experience preferred; ability to run reports, create shipping requests, manage customer files.
  • Strong soft skills: root cause analysis, problem-solving, adaptability, transparency.
