What you will do

• Lead and support the housekeeping team in daily operations, managing room priorities and delegating tasks.
• Perform rigorous room inspections to ensure spaces meet brand cleanliness and comfort standards.
• Train and mentor new hires on organization and best practices to raise the overall service bar.
• Coordinate closely with other property departments to ensure operational excellence and room availability.
• Manage housekeeping boards and track inventory to prevent supply shortages.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and provide immediate feedback and coaching to the cleaning staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• 1+ year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or mentor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
