RSS Caseworker

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized self-sufficiency plans with timelines and goals.
• Provide direct services, referrals, and advocacy for housing, healthcare, education, employment, and resources.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans, and ensure goal attainment.
• Maintain documentation, input data into databases, and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to coordinate services and build community resources.
• Travel to transport clients and materials using personal insured vehicle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Relevant professional experience in human services; minimum 2 years strongly preferred.
• Experience with refugee/immigrant populations strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship building, diplomacy, networking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and access to insured personal vehicle.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dari, Farsi, and/or Pashto.
