What you will do

• Oversee daily store opening, closing, and security procedures.
• Drive sales goals through unit rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service.
• Handle administrative tasks including payment processing, balancing receipts, and bank deposits.
• Perform property walkthroughs, safety inspections, and light facility maintenance.
• Travel between local San Antonio locations as needed to cover shifts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Antonio, TX.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for daily work travel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks including cleaning and landscaping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
