Requirements

• 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in tech
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels
• Effective collaboration with managers using data insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization
• Proactive mindset and interest in people
• Fluent English and German (written/spoken)
