What you will do

  • Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and employees professionally while managing front desk coverage, phones, and reception area upkeep.
  • Coordinate team lunches, onsite events, kitchen maintenance, and office supply orders including snacks and essentials.
  • Serve as point of contact for facilities needs, building communications, security updates, and vendor/building management coordination.
  • Handle mail distribution, office equipment management (copiers, toner, paper), and meeting room setup/logistics.
  • Provide administrative support including travel coordination for team members and visitors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced in-office environment; proactive, dependable, detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and vendor coordination
  • Basic computer/word processing skills; ability to handle confidential issues
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs, stand/walk, and set up meeting spaces

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting office events or hospitality coordination
  • Experience working with facilities or building management
