What you will do
- Lead day-to-day front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Supervise and support Guest Experience Associates, leading daily stand-ups and providing real-time feedback.
- Resolve escalated guest issues autonomously using exceptional judgment and decision-making skills.
- Conduct regular audits of guest processes to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Train new hires on guest service and operational standards to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with property leaders on performance scorecards, interviewing, and scheduling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-family housing.
- 1+ year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or mentor.
- Proven ability to resolve escalated guest issues independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
