What you will do

• Manage complex BIM technical assignments, provide guidance and mentorship on BIM software, modeling standards, and project coordination.
• Coordinate with design teams, lead stakeholder presentations, delegate production tasks, and facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor production for accuracy, develop design standards, participate in process improvements, and verify deliverables against client standards.
• Identify training needs, deliver workshops, maintain training resources, and stay current on industry trends.
• Assist in project execution plans including BIM Execution Plan, resource allocation, and closeout activities like archiving models and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in BIM/CAD for engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Forma, Navisworks, and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks: background, drug screen, motor vehicle records.
• Must be authorized to work in US; no visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Diploma/Certificate or Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology.
