Salary: $47.25–$56.53 per hour

What you will do
- Monitor daily performance of Hawaii solar facilities and plan preventative/corrective maintenance on PV and BESS equipment.
- Travel from home base to sites for maintenance, construction activities, and commissioning support.
- Coordinate and manage contractors for maintenance exceeding on-site capabilities.
- Communicate operations events via phone, email, and CMMS software.
- Lead warranty claims, maintain spare parts lists, and ensure smooth facility handovers.
Requirements
- Two-year Industrial Technology degree plus 2–3 years related experience or equivalent.
- 1+ year on utility-scale electrical systems; experience with PV solar and BESS preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70e, LOTO, SCADA, DAS, and remote monitoring protocols.
- Ability to read/troubleshoot schematics and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel in company vehicle.
