What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate control system infrastructure for utility-scale battery storage.
• Program PPC, HMI, and RTU and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability for day-to-day plant automation.
• Provide technical support and solve complex operation technology (OT) and control system problems.
• Oversee network technology upgrades and participate in on-field construction and commissioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external EPC vendors during bidding and execution.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field (Electrical Engineering degree preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, with a strong preference for the renewable energy industry.
• Expertise in SCADA/PLC platforms and battery storage use cases (PFR, FFR, black start).
• Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition, Schneider Electric Modicon PLCs, SEL RTACs, and Novatech Orions.
• Proficiency in Python, IEC 61131-3, C, C++, or C#.
• Knowledge of DNP3.0, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, and NERC/CIP/NIST cyber-security standards.
