What you will do

• Assess energy storage technologies and site layout options to ensure alignment with technical requirements and performance metrics.
• Support project design to maximize value while minimizing construction and operational risks.
• Analyze project technical risks and determine effective de-risking solutions.
• Develop project capital and operational cost estimates and milestone schedules for financial valuation models.
• Support equipment procurement, engineering, and construction contracting activities to move projects towards NTP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in technical roles or fields.
• Experience in Power, Energy, Renewables, or BESS (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically approximately 10-20% of the time.
