What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate control system infrastructure for battery storage plants
• Program PPC, HMI, RTU including technical documentation
• Support daily plant automation for network reliability and minimal downtime
• Provide technical support, resolve complex OT/control issues, and handle work orders
• Oversee network upgrades, hardware/software installations, and integration testing
• Participate in on-site construction, commissioning, and act as SME for controls/instrumentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and EPC vendors during bidding and execution

Requirements

• BA/BS in related field; electrical engineering preferred
• 5+ years in industry; renewable energy/BESS experience highly preferred
• Expertise in SCADA/PLC platforms (Ignition, Schneider Modicon, SEL RTACs, Novatech Orions)
• Knowledge of protocols: DNP3.0, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT
• Programming: Python, IEC 61131-3, C/C++/C#
• Cyber-security best practices, NERC/CIP/NIST
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts; MS Office proficiency
