What you will do

• Deliver Tier 3 technical support for critical power and building infrastructure to field teams.
• Identify, document, and prioritize infrastructure deficiencies while escalating critical issues.
• Manage end-of-life replacement processes for aging critical hardware.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support as a subject matter expert on cross-functional projects.
• Support disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity documentation is current.
• Train field technicians on preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshooting protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with critical infrastructure, electrical systems, and AC/DC power equipment.
• Ability to perform complex technical tasks and lead teams, vendors, and contractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of computing and internet technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in the Charlotte, NC area.
