What you will do

• Coordinate commissioning activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams (OT/IT, ISO, utility, customer, field, construction) for successful site integration into Remote Operating Control Center.
• Ensure compliance with NERC standards, PPA, and Interconnection Agreement requirements pre-COD.
• Develop facility manuals, procedures, and training for control center operators on new facility parameters.
• Coordinate test energy schedules with utilities and keep stakeholders updated on milestones and changes.
• Work with SCADA vendors to validate functionality, graphics, alarms, and data.
• Oversee operational readiness, turnover, commissioning, and support site tests like capacity and controls testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical skills/experience
• 2+ years in Wind/PV or 5+ years in power industry (preferably O&M)
• Experience in Solar+Storage or BESS
• Experience working with control center personnel and grid entities (TOP, SC, ISO, Off-takers)
• Familiarity with power plant SCADA/DCS systems
• Experience creating/editing SOPs and with NERC Reliability Standards
• Project management skills, multitasking, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS/data tools (SAP a plus)
