Salary: $119,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project execution, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, and stakeholders.
• Identify and address gaps in scope and responsibility across engineering, procurement, and permitting.
• Specify critical equipment including transformers, switchgear, and protection solutions.
• Review technical design documents such as single line drawings and communication diagrams.
• Plan and lead the commissioning process for BESS projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders like utilities, AHJs, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical or power systems engineering (8+ years exp) or Master's (6+ years exp).
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• 5+ years of BESS project experience.
• 3+ years of experience working on EPC projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Nice to have

• PE certification or equivalent.
