• Process verifications via telephone, email, fax, and online databases
• Communicate professionally with employers, schools, state boards, and applicants
• Make outbound calls to gather and confirm information
• Log clear, detailed notes on research steps and actions taken
• Analyze data and documents for relevance and prepare accurate screenings
• Maintain performance meeting or exceeding production and quality goals

Requirements

• High proficiency or fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Expert computer skills including internet searches and database lookups
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Team player comfortable with local and remote collaboration
