What you will do

• Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and screen candidates.
• Schedule interviews and skills tests, conduct Zoom interviews.
• Administer skills tests and maintain recruiting database.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with personnel issues and employee development.
• Organize training workshops and company events.
• Provide support to recruitment team and protect HR information confidentiality.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring.
• Great interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability for 40 hours/week, 9am-6pm PST.
• Reliable workstation with fast internet if remote.
