What you will do

• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams to define reporting requirements and analytical contexts.
• Perform data testing and validation to ensure results verification and indicator consistency.
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes.
• Provide analytical support and data-driven insights for clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data, reporting, or analytical contexts.
• Proficiency in BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy.
• Strong analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes using SSIS, Data Factory, ODI, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Understanding of data testing and validation concepts and test scenarios.
