Location: US, Arizona, Phoenix; US, Oregon, Hillsboro; US, California, Folsom; US, California, Santa Clara. This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned hirify.global site and off-site.

Salary: $124,110.00-175,210.00

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal clients and business units to identify and analyze business needs and opportunities for process improvements.
• Design and document business process flows, including diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions, conduct design due diligence, and assess business value and risks.
• Lead end-to-end business process testing, validation, and sign-off for complex implementations.
• Monitor adoption and manage business process change, ensuring alignment with business goals through reporting, analysis, and analytics dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or prolonged course of study in a specialized field, or equivalent experience aligned with business needs.
• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree in business process management, data analysis, requirements mapping, and workflow management.
• Experience with state-of-the-art data and analytics tools.
• Experience in disciplined execution, managing priorities, and delivering results within complex projects.
• Experience creating dashboards and scorecards that align with business objectives.
• Semiconductor foundry domain or related high tech manufacturing industry.
