What you will do

• Own corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records and managing board and shareholder consents.
• Drive operations and project management by designing reliable systems for tracking entities and approvals.
• Support transactions and strategic projects, including diligence coordination and document management.
• Collaborate across teams, including Finance, People Operations, and Executives, to address complex corporate projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g., Paralegal certificate).
• Able to generally be in the office in San Francisco, CA.
• 8–12+ years of experience as a senior corporate paralegal, including substantial in-house experience at a multinational company.
• Positive and collaborative attitude, comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong judgment, high levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions.
