What you will do

• Drive operations and optimize the functioning of the litigation, regulatory, employment, and compliance teams.
• Manage matter logistics, information flow, budgets, bill review, and RFP coordination.
• Provide operational support for litigation matters including product liability, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.
• Handle discovery processes, manage legal hold systems, and coordinate with e-discovery vendors.
• Review product assets (packaging, marketing, online content) for safety and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on internal investigations and monitor employment law changes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Extensive experience in product liability, intellectual property, and large-scale litigation.
• Proficiency with legal hold software, matter management systems, and e-discovery programs.
• Experience interacting with government agencies such as the CPSC, EPA, and FTC.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, USA.
