Salary: $225,000 – $285,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage general corporate matters, including entity management and corporate governance.
• Support financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, SaaS, creator, and technology contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable legal templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
• Partner with outside counsel on specialized corporate, tax, or M&A matters.
• Strengthen and scale legal operations and infrastructure to support continued business growth.

Requirements

• Law degree and active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (NY or CA preferred).
• 7+ years of combined experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, corporate law, and SaaS agreements.
• Solid understanding of general corporate principles, governance, and M&A transactions.
• Ability to translate complex legal advice into actionable business guidance.
• Must be based in or near New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
