Location: Must be based in Canada
Salary: $110,500 - $145,050 CAD

What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Lead large-scale multi-phase implementation projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
- Design and build scalable compensation models and configure complex dashboards and workflows.
- Develop ETL processes for data preparation and perform analysis on large, complex data sets.
- Provide governance, quality control, and mentorship to junior team members throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product usage with business roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Incentive Compensation Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or sales compensation tools like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Xactly, or Anaplan.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with complex data sets.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with query-based languages such as SQL.
- Working proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
