What you will do

• Configure the hirify.global platform to meet specific client business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement configuration best practices.
• Train client administrators on the hirify.global toolset and internal processes.
• Document detailed requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks to ensure project success.
• Communicate milestones and risks to project managers and leadership.

Requirements

• Less than 3 years of software implementation experience.
• Proven experience in solutions delivery through platform configuration rather than custom development.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align solutions with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Enterprise-level SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON.
• Track record of creating efficiencies through process design and adoption measurement.
