What you will do

• Review and verify the accuracy of required documents for client onboarding.
• Conduct onboarding client meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
• Collect relevant client information to set up client accounts.
• Maintain and share the status of assigned client onboarding tasks.
• Develop healthy relationships and promote loyalty with clients and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with OneNote, Excel, and Teams.
• Salesforce experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodology and software tools.
• You will work a Central Time Zone schedule.
