Salary: $89,600 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Conduct discovery and business process mapping to analyze revenue workflows and define optimal hirify.global solutions.
• Perform hands-on system configuration of the hirify.global platform to meet specific customer business requirements.
• Design and document persona-based workflows, configuration blueprints, and deployment guides.
• Consult on organizational change management (OCM) activities to drive user adoption.
• Manage the quality assurance process, including test scenarios, UAT coordination, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to validate data and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role, specifically with SaaS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of revenue operations, pipeline management, and sales cycles.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions within major CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Solid technical aptitude for hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
• Must be based in Austin, Chicago, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
